Where Next

These 10 weeks immersed within the VR/AR/MR-in-Education sector, while significantly challenging, have also been determinant in helping me reshape my aspiration for my future carrier and in already opening new opportunities for personal growth and learning. The first one of which being the collaboration emerged with the Center for Learning & Teaching at the University of Brighton consisting in the execution of a research project on the impact, potentials and limits of virtual educational environments and the development of guidelines for the institution to follow to keep on progressing and growing within this emerging area of research and practice, and innovative pedagogies. Under the invitation of sharing the findings of my research and aspects of my own live project, I have then exhibited at the institution's Learning & Teaching Conference in July 2019.

Above all, I fall in love with an industry of which only 1 year ago a knew little or nothing. I have found a new drive that will lead me for the next years to come. Weather if this will start with a Master Degree in related fields or an Internship in one of the Immersive or tech companies I have established a relationship with, I know that this is where I see myself in the future and what I perceive as the greatest personal accomplishment of this Live Project journey.
